As a senior level Salesforce Solutions Consultant, you are accountable for creating a happy, reference-able customer and contributing to the growth of the business. You’re looking for something more satisfying than 75% travel, capped income potential, unappreciative PMOs and the same project over and over. You want more of a client-facing role, responsibility for the end-to-end design and completion of your solution and control of your destiny, as you are a motivated, passionate expert. You juggle multiple projects with ease, fill whatever technical (or not so technical) role adds value for the client, bridge the gap between technical and not so much, communicate with both Management and Technical teams, and have deep, applicable knowledge of the Salesforce platform. In short, you are spectacular and clients love you.

Requirements:
  • 4 years of CRM consulting experience, with proven ability to deliver CRM solutions.
  • 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • 2 years of Business management experience.
  • 1 year experience in the Salesforce declarative environment.
  • Salesforce Developer or Admin track certifications (required).
  • Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and strategies for both technical and non-technical people.
  • Ability to work in flexible teams, and bring your expertise to solve problems.
  • Ability to think outside the box and design innovative solutions for clients.
  • Desire to grow fast, be challenged, work hard and get rewarded
    Ability to travel up to 20%.

Requirements:
  • A desire to collaborate with your team to come up with the best solution possible.
  • Proven experience leading a team of consultants on large projects.
  • Ability to delegate and mentor junior resources.
  • 6 Salesforce certifications or equivalent knowledge.
  • Senior experience leading large Salesforce projects from start to finish
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
  • Ability to be highly productive, both working alone and in close collaboration within a team, able to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven, sometimes unpredictable—but always fun and engaging environment.
  • Experience completing multiple implementation projects requiring integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience completing multiple implementation projects requiring original code development.
  • Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in related technologies such as client side scripting libraries and ETL/ESB integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases structure and functionality
    Availability to travel up to 20%.

As a Salesforce CPQ Consultant you understand customer business needs and challenges, Quote-to-Cash processes and are looking to become an expert in Salesforce CPQ. You’re looking for something more satisfying than 75% travel, capped income potential, unappreciative PMOs and the same project over and over. You are looking to apply design thinking and build configurations to meet the needs of your customers. You will get the opportunity to demonstrate implemented functionality and other possible functions within the instance to project team members. You juggle multiple projects with ease, fill whatever technical (or not so technical) role adds value for the client, bridge the gap between technical and not so much, communicate with both Management and Technical teams, and have deep, applicable knowledge of the Salesforce platform. In short, you are spectacular and clients love you.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of CRM consulting experience, with proven ability to deliver CRM solutions.
  • Ability to solve customer business needs and challenges, Quote-to-Cash processes and become an expert in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Ability to run a Salesforce CPQ project from start to finish.
  • Ability to work with the customer to help convert legacy data into Salesforce Quote-to-Cash instance and roll the implementation into the production environment.
  • Ensure the customer will be a positive reference to other customers/prospects.
  • Gather experiences and knowledge to train other consultants.
  • Provide product support to the customer post-release on an on-going basis.
  • Complete the work assigned by the Project Manager within the budgeted time allocated.
  • Help the project manager with project status, financials, and reporting
    Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification or equivalent knowledge.
