NuAge truly cares about their employees and wants them to be happy at work. There is a good work/life balance and leaders go out of their way to be sure employees aren’t feeling overworked and overwhelmed on a consistent basis. There is transparency into decision making and feedback is taken into account when implementing changes org-wide. There is an opportunity to grow and new opportunities are presented to the entire organization where everyone who wants a chance to apply is given that chance.

Amazing team, culture, communication, and resources. I am new to the company and loving it. Compared to other companies I've joined, this is the best on-boarding I have experienced. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and development at NuAge.

What really stands out to me is how much the company actually cares about the well-being of its employees as well as its customers. NuAge leadership really values employee input and encourages/empowers us to do what we feel is best for the customer. I have NEVER seen a CEO care so much about his employees that he has a meeting every week to discuss updates on different things that are important to us. The people at NuAge are incredibly helpful and work very well together.
